To book their experience, the recipient needs to contact the vendor company directly. They should provide their QR code or certification ID to the vendor, who will then redeem it and schedule a booking or send the approved purchase of experience to the customer.

Yes! Recipients can exchange their gift for any experience of equal or lesser value. If they choose a less expensive option, they'll receive the difference as credit in their account.

How long are gift experiences valid for?

All our experiences are valid for lifetime from the date of purchase, giving recipients plenty of time to plan and book their perfect day.

What happens if an experience is fully booked?

Our partners offer multiple dates and time slots to accommodate bookings. In the rare event that an experience is fully booked for the foreseeable future, the recipient can exchange it for a different experience.

Can I include a personal message with my gift?

Absolutely! During checkout, you'll have the option to add a personalized message that will be included in the gift email sent to the recipient.
