All gift experiences are valid for a full year from the purchase date.

If an experience is canceled by the provider, you will be offered a rescheduled date or a full exchange for any other experience of equal value.
Absolutely! As long as you've created an account with the same email address the gift was sent to, you can exchange it for something else you'd prefer.
