What if my experience is canceled by the provider?

If an experience is canceled by the provider, you will be offered a rescheduled date or a full exchange for any other experience of equal value.

Can I exchange a gift that someone gave me?

Absolutely! As long as you've created an account with the same email address the gift was sent to, you can exchange it for something else you'd prefer.

What happens if I miss the 30-day window for exchanging a booked experience?

Late exchange requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to discuss your options.
