What if my experience is canceled by the provider?

If an experience is canceled by the provider, you will be offered a rescheduled date or a full exchange for any other experience of equal value. Provider cancellations do not count against your one-time exchange allowance.

Can I exchange a gift that someone gave me?

Absolutely! As long as you've created an account with the same email address the gift was sent to, you can exchange it for something else you'd prefer. Remember, you'll only be able to exchange it once, so choose carefully.

What happens if I accidentally choose the wrong experience during an exchange?

Since each experience can only be exchanged once, it's important to carefully review your selection before confirming. If you make an error, please contact our customer service team immediately - while we cannot guarantee a solution, we'll do our best to help within our policy constraints.
